Sam Iurada is a passionate advocate for children's mental health and neurodiversity. Diagnosed with ADHD five years ago, she is the mother of two remarkable children: Charlie, who has Autism and ADHD, and a daughter with specific learning disabilities.

As a neurodivergent individual raising neurodivergent children, Sam has first hand experience navigating the complexities and challenges that come with unique brain wiring. From social anxiety and sensory processing difficulties to academic hurdles, her family’s journey has shaped her dedication to fostering understanding, promoting early intervention, and creating supportive communities.

Sam believes that neurodiversity brings incredible strengths, including creative thinking, deep empathy, and resilience. However, she also acknowledges the significant challenges neurodivergent individuals face in a world not designed for them. Her approach emphasizes the importance of education, open communication, and empathy in building inclusive environments.

A decorated Australia Artist, Sam is focused on using her platform to support families, carers and schools through sharing her lived experience.

Sam’s mission is clear: to ensure that every child, regardless of their neurodiversity, has the opportunity to thrive in an environment of understanding and acceptance.
